CBAM: European Parliament rapporteur rejects international carbon credits

Mohammed Chahim of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats (S&D) opposes the inclusion of international carbon credits in the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM). The European Parliament’s rapporteur is also weighing a special arrangement for the least developed countries.
