India-EU: What speaks for a new climate action alliance – and what speaks against it

During the EU Commission's visit to India, there were also signs of new cooperation on climate action and energy. Both partners are very different, but also have common interests in areas such as renewables. Nevertheless, a deal is on shaky ground.
