Developing countries benefit from China's solar dumping

Fears of a wave of Chinese exports are spreading in Brussels and Washington. The country has huge overcapacities, particularly in "green technologies" such as batteries and solar panels. However, cheap products are a blessing for developing countries and climate protection.
