CTF: Further dispute over additional climate funds

After severe criticism of initial announcements on Germany's national budget, the Ministry of Finance has presented more precise figures. However, these also show that only a portion of the announced 100 billion euros is actually available for additional climate action investments.

CO₂ removal: Why the EU is moving forward while Germany hesitates.

The EU is now demanding that oil and gas companies set up geological CO₂ storage facilities that enable CCS and CO₂ removal technologies such as direct air capture (DACCS) and bioenergy with CCS (BECCS).
