Kremlin: China's banks under 'unprecedented pressure' from the US and EU

According to the Kremlin, some Chinese banks have given in to pressure from the US and EU and are no longer processing payments from Russia. The reason for this is that the United States is threatening financial institutions in third countries with secondary sanctions.
