TikTok: US investors are said to have secured 80 percent

A consortium led by tech billionaires Larry Ellison and Marc Andreessen wants to buy the majority of TikTok USA. In future, the data will be stored on Oracle servers, while ByteDance will continue to provide the algorithms.
