Special envoy Li Hui for talks in Brussels

MOSCOW, RUSSIA - JULY 25, 2019: The Ambassador of the People s Republic of China (PRC) to Russia Li Hui, at a tree planting ceremony in Sokolniki Park marking the 70th anniversary of Russia and China establishing diplomatic ties.
China's special envoy Li Hui is to mediate in the Ukraine war. He was already in Moscow for talks on Saturday. He is expected in Brussels this week.
