Sign of de-escalation: US parliamentarians visit Beijing

China's Prime Minister Li Qiang at the meeting with the delegation of members of the US House of Representatives in Beijing.

A delegation from the US House of Representatives is visiting Beijing for the first time in almost six years. The parliamentarians held out the prospect of "more frequent visits and more robust conversation."
