Rare earths: EU calls for talks after new export restrictions

The EU is urging swift action after China expanded its export restrictions on rare earths and high-tech products. Trade Commissioner Maroš Šefčovič is calling for talks with Beijing, while Lithuania and Denmark are calling for stronger economic security and a united European response.
