Nexperia: Netherlands relinquishes state control

Following talks in Beijing, the Netherlands has relinquished state control of chip manufacturer Nexperia. Nevertheless, the company must inform the Ministry of Economic Affairs about the transfer of intellectual property or critical production facilities in future.
