Multi-million transaction: Merck sells pigments business to GNMI

The Darmstadt-based Merck Group will sell its pigments business to the Chinese manufacturer GNMI for 665 million euros. After earlier attempts to sell the business had failed, the 1,200 employees are guaranteed to keep their jobs until 2032.
