How Germany as a democracy can prevail against China in Africa

It seems as if Germany can hardly counter China's geopolitical superiority in Africa. But this is not the case, says Wolfgang Stefinger, development politician for the Christian Social Union (CSU). However, what is needed is a reform of Germany's Africa policy.
