Baltic Sea: Chinese captain pleads not guilty after undersea cable damage

The Chinese captain of the “NewNew Polar Bear” rejects the blame for the damage to several submarine cables in the Baltic Sea. According to the public prosecutor's office, Finland has not yet received a response to its request for legal assistance from Hong Kong.
