Kyle Chan: ‘The goal of China’s industrial policy is not to subsidize forever’

Kyle Chan from Princeton University sees China is on a path to industrial dominance. He warns of a new “China shock.” Nevertheless, he believes there are opportunities for pragmatic economic partnerships with Chinese companies, particularly in Europe.
