National Security Strategy: China is 'value rival'

Six months later than announced, the Federal Government has adopted its National Security Strategy. The document titled "Integrated Security for Germany" aims to provide answers to global risks. In its stance towards China, it remains vague.

Kiel debates partnership with Qingdao
