German conservatives call for China policy Zeitenwende

Following the German Foreign and Economics Ministries and the liberal FDP parliamentary group, the conservative CDU/CSU has now also presented a China paper. But as accurate as the report may be in describing the current situation, its conclusions remain regrettably vague.
