Sri Lanka and China's alleged debt trap

After the riots over the weekend, Sri Lanka's government will resign. Many observers blame China for the South Asian country's biggest economic crisis. But this is not true. Even the accusation that Beijing has wrested its most important port from Sri Lanka is proving untenable.
