IPAC Summit: What surprise the host had in store

MPs from 24 countries met for the first time this week in Taipei for the annual summit of the Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China (IPAC). Surprisingly, the host country, Taiwan, was also announced to be joining the alliance.
