Intense clash between the US and China

At the Munich Security Conference, China forces its way back onto the stage of world politics and immediately sparks controversy. Wang Yi announced a peace plan for Ukraine and accused the USA of hysterical behavior. The US, in turn, accuses China of plans to supply Russia with weapons.
