Strait of Hormuz: Europeans give Trump the cold shoulder

The foreign ministers of EU member states have rejected Donald Trump’s call for them to help secure the Strait of Hormuz. The EU does not consider itself responsible for the Iran conflict and is instead focusing on strengthening its existing naval operations.
