Structural greenwashing: How Big Oil lied in its advertising campaigns

BP, Shell, Chevron and Exxon Mobil have claimed to be leading the fight against climate change while producing more fossil fuels and emissions. This is shown in an analysis of their advertising campaigns.

Act for Climate and Clean Water March BRUSSELS, BELGIUM - SEPTEMBER 20 A static action with staging and speeches to denounce the participating companies will meet at a conference entitled GoNetZeroEnergy the largest fossil fuel companies (Total, Shell, BP etc.) including Saudi Aramco (the most polluting company in history) and a subsidiary of the Gazprom group in Serbia. Alongside them, advisors and decision-makers from the Belgian government, the European Commission and the European Investment Bank. The demonstrators want to denounce the greenwashing and the lies of these companies as well as the participation of the decision makers in this event
