Energy-efficient building refurbishment: Rate hits new low

Fewer and fewer residential buildings in Germany are undergoing energy-efficient refurbishment, the German Association for Energy-Efficient Building Envelopes warns, as the timetable for the Building Modernization Act continues to slip.
