Fertilizer Action Plan: Potential relief in emissions trading remains vague

The action plan is unlikely to meet the industry’s demand for an exemption from the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM). Details of any relief on CO₂ pricing are not expected to be finalized until July, when the Emissions Trading System (ETS) is revised.
