Immunity: Legal affairs committee hears testimony from Niebler

A public prosecutor’s office in Bavaria plans to launch an investigation into Angelika Niebler (CSU), co-leader of the German delegation in the European Parliament. The European Parliament's legal affairs committee will soon vote on whether to waive the MEP’s immunity.
