Space Command chief Traut: “Monopolies are not the right way”
Major General Michael Traut, commander of the German Armed Forces’ Space Command, has commented publicly for the first time on the German commercial space industry’s position paper, “Germany’s Space Moment.” Space Minister Dorothee Bär has expressed understanding for smaller companies that feel they have not been sufficiently involved in the contracting process.
