Shortly after Minister of State Serap Güler returned from Sudan, Al-Fashir fell to the RSF militias. Tens of thousands of people have been killed so far, and providing for the survivors is difficult. Güler is campaigning for the Quad Initiative, which does not go far enough for the opposition.
