Skilled workers: How a training initiative aims to promote climate mitigation and the green economy

A new initiative involving GIZ, Germany’s main development agency, warns that the Paris climate goals are at risk because the green economy lacks skilled workers worldwide. It also says that, provided there is sufficient investment, a net 375 million new jobs could be created in climate-friendly sectors.
