Denk: “The willingness of member states to cooperate has increased exponentially”
There is a clear will among the member states to overcome fragmentation and procure armaments together, says André Denk, Chief Executive of the European Defence Agency (EDA) since May. However, more deregulation is necessary in order to speed up procurements.
