Exploratory paper: CDU and SPD leave these gaps in climate policy.

As in the election campaign, the exploratory talks do not devote any separate capital to climate action. Although measures to achieve the climate targets are noted in the "Economy" topic area, the goal of climate neutrality by 2045 and a uniform strategy for achieving the target are missing.
