EEG: Study sees several options for implementing EU requirements.

Germany has various options when it comes to implementing the EU Internal Electricity Market Regulation. However, a study by the Stiftung Umweltenergierecht (Environmental Energy Law Foundation) shows that it is unlikely to be possible to avoid a repayment obligation for new wind and solar power plants in the event of high electricity prices.
