Security: Bundeswehr could decide on wind power expansion

One paragraph in the draft of the Bundeswehr Planning and Procurement Acceleration Act is leading to consternation in the energy sector. If the law is implemented in its current form, the Bundeswehr would have the final say in the construction of wind turbines.
