Procurement Acceleration Act: Bundeswehr could decide on wind power expansion

One paragraph in the draft of the Federal Armed Forces Planning and Procurement Acceleration Act is causing concern in the energy sector: If the law is implemented in this form, the Bundeswehr would have the final say on the construction of wind turbines.
