New study: Greenpeace calls for targeted defense rather than rapid military build-up

Given the massive increase in military spending and the debate over NATO's 5% target, a targeted defense strategy would be more effective than the Bundeswehr's current “more is better” approach. This is the conclusion reached by Greenpeace in a new study.
