Moscow rejects Christmas ceasefire and holds back with reactions

Following the peace talks for Ukraine in Berlin, officials in Russia have been reticent to comment. Deputy Foreign Minister Ryabkov raised hopes that a breakthrough could be achieved in the negotiations.
