Federal Constitutional Court rejects Palestinian lawsuit against German arms exports to Israel

The Federal Constitutional Court has rejected a Palestinian’s constitutional complaint against German arms exports to Israel. ECCHR criticizes the fact that that access to justice remains closed to people whose lives are affected by the arms exports.
