Canada's submarine program: TKMS and Cohere drive cooperation forward

TKMS and the Canadian tech start-up Cohere want to work together to further develop AI technologies for Canada’s submarine program. Germany’s ambassador in Ottawa pointed to the "enormous signal effect" of the planned submarine deal.
