Kai-Olaf Lang – 'Poland's security is German raison d'être'

The expert on Eastern Europe at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP) advises Germany to adopt a "policy of outstretched hands" towards Poland. Warsaw is slowly realizing that Europe may be more reliable than Washington.
