Thomas Erndl – CSU military service negotiator with ties to his hometown

The defense policy spokesperson for the CDU/CSU parliamentary group had to negotiate hard over the Military Service Act in 2025. A successor law could come as early as 2026 if there are not enough volunteers. At the same time, Erndl is dealing with smaller issues in the local council of his Bavarian hometown.
