Procurement: Bundestag to approve five billion euros in advance payments

Procurement proposals totalling EUR 50 billion are passing through the Budget Committee shortly before the turn of the year. The opposition is criticizing the lack of transparency in procurement, and the Federal Audit Office is warning of arms inflation.
