CO₂ fleet regulation: ACEA makes proposals to avert fines

In 2025, the climate targets for newly registered cars should only apply to 90 percent of a manufacturer's vehicles. By 2026, 95 percent of new vehicles will be covered. This is proposed by the industry association ACEA in order to avert fines for failing to meet climate targets.
