Green golden rule for climate expenditures

After the pandemic, the EU states must simultaneously consolidate their budgets and massively increase climate protection investments. Therefore, these expenditures should be excluded from the calculation of deficits and debts in the Stability Pact, demands the Director of the Brussels think tank Bruegel.
