DSA: Commission relies on cooperation with member states

Formally, member states will not apply the Digital Services Act until February 2024. But after enforcement became important earlier for the largest platforms in the wake of the Israel-Hamas crisis, the Commission is now relying on voluntary cooperation with regulators in individual member states.
