US trade deal: EPP in favor of abolishing EU tariffs on US steel products

Bernd Lange's (SPD) draft report on lowering EU tariffs for the USA has received a lot of support in the Trade Committee. Nevertheless, finding a majority is likely to prove difficult. The EPP and Renew fear that the trade deal could be undermined.
