Ukraine war: Finland’s Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen optimistic on further negotiations with Putin

Finland’s Foreign Minister Valtonen and Lithuania’s President Gitanas Nausėda are the first two explicit supporters of Ukraine to attend the German CSU’s party conference in Seeon. Nauseda believes that strength is the best way to negotiate with Russia.
