Ukraine: Reparation loan could be up to EUR 130 billion

The Commission is planning a reparations loan for Ukraine in the hundreds of billions. This is to be based on frozen Russian assets at Euroclear. The final sum depends on an IMF assessment of Ukraine's financial needs.
