Ukraine aid: New loans soon, but Hungary blocks sanctions reinforcement

The EU finance ministers want to initiate an additional Ukraine loan of up to €35 billion. This is to be financed by income from frozen Russian central bank funds. But one country could thwart this: Hungary.
