Trade Council: Lutnick calls for more lenient EU digital rules as a condition for discussion on steel tariffs

During a visit to the Foreign Affairs Council (Trade) in Brussels, US Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick said that the EU should adapt its digital rules. This could then provide the basis for negotiations on US steel tariffs, he said.
