SAFE: How EU members receive money from the EUR 150 billion fund.

The EU member states approved the establishment of an armaments fund worth EUR 150 billion on Tuesday. Through the Security Action for Europe (SAFE) program, Brussels intends to grant loans to European countries for joint armaments projects over the next five years.
