Iran: No agreement yet on classifying the Revolutionary Guards as a terrorist organization

Representatives of EU member states have been unable to agree on officially listing the Iranian Revolutionary Guards as a terrorist organization. According to diplomats, France, Italy and Spain are among those blocking an agreement.
