Council and EU Parliament agree on digital registration system at EU external borders.

The EU Parliament and the Council have agreed on a gradual introduction of the digitalized storage of travelers from third countries. This concerns travelers with short-term visas or short stays without visas. Member States must put the system into operation within six months.
